  1. #1 - Great focus and depth of field (LOVE horse shots). #2 - LOVE that red barn with hand prints. How fun!! The color is great and I love that crooked weathervane on the top! #3 - This photo in black and white has definitely some emotion attached to it. I don't think I would feel the loneliness if it were in color. Great edit choice! #4 LOVE that you used the rule of thirds in this shot, and love the photo! Did I say I love that you used the rule of 3rds??? #5 LOVE the capture of the snow and tuffs of grass in the foreground, and love the color saturation in this shot. Well done, Jayma!!!

  3. thanks ladies. i was keeping all the challenges in mind and with the barn shot the rule of thirds popped into my head and it just had to be that way..lol. gayle im so glad you noticed teh weather main...i loved that it was crooked. and this handprints...i wanted to take it home wtih me...lol he horse was so friendly and walked right up to me. and the tuffs of grass...lol well they had to be in the picture after i laughed so hard that i totally tripped on one and fell big time into a huge snow bank...it was truely comic.

  4. i wanted to capture the detail of the grass AND the vastness of the sky all in one photo. the black and white picture stole my soul. the tree and teh house were the appitomy of this mostly abandoned town. a true representation. ...and i related to it and i love it. thanks for your comments ladies. I'll be starting on the new challenge more tomorrow. Erik got me sick and its been windy so not too much outside time for us.

Not that I am an expert, but I really like them!
My favorite; the one with the barn to one side.
